“It's a Residence Inn so one is not expecting luxury. I think they did just enough in these rooms for things to photograph well. Upon entering the room you immediately realize it's pretty dated overall. The kitchen is the only thing that looks decent. The bathrooms are likely late 90s early 2000s. There was a huge stain on the ceiling in the bath that was obviously old. The carpet felt older, vanities, tub hardware etc did as well. The pictures fooled me on this one. Customer service was ok. The room wasn't disgusting,but you can tell they do the minimum regarding esthetics. Wouldn't be excited to stay here again.”

“The bathroom door would always get stuck leaving little ones unable to get out without adult help. The toilet wouldn't flush promptly. We had a night where a group of people were really loud outside our window to the point I had to call the front desk around 3 am to ask them to keep it down. The front desk was very apologetic and took care of the situation.”
