“If you like being given a room that already has people in it and sleeping in a dirty room, this is your place. Staff are poorly trained and the rooms feel like you are sleeping in a shoe box. The place is old and they have zero covid protocols for cleaning”

“Infortunadamente tuve una mala experiencia en el hotel, mi vuelo se retrasó por lo que lleguemosmás tarde de lo previsto al hotel, la persona que estaba atendiendo me comentó que estaba haciendo auditoría y que en unos 20 minutos me atendía… ya era trde y obviamente lo que queríamos era una cama y dormir… decidimos esperar… ni siquiera nos ofreció espera en la sala de espera… después de uno minutos nos sugirió ir buscando otro lugar porq las reservas se cancelan después de las tres. La persona en todo momento poco empatico y algo rudo… decidimos irnos y buscar otro lugar y no esperar más tiempo, una lástima porque en esa cadena siempre había teñido buenas experiencias en otros estados…”
