“A big thanks you to Hyatt to make our stay a wonderful stay.
Even tho it was a just for a day, will surely visit it again.
Such a good time at the pool

Luxurious room
Some do complain that the room are small but I feel it was good
Washrooms were clean
Staff at the reception were welcoming and the check in was quick.
Just a small request would be great to keep a small hand wash as some don’t prefer soap.”

“Stayed here over a weekend.
** Positives:
+ Located in centre of City
+ Grand lobby, friendly & welcoming staff
+ Well maintained & hygienic rooms
+ Rooms are equipped with all basic amenities
+ Prompt room service
+ Good swimming pool & gym
+ Overall good ambience
** Negatives:
- Rooms are bit congested (business room)
- A/C temperature cannot be controlled in room even though option is given in room.
( It by default stays at 24 deg. Celcius)
- Had to call maintenance staff to increase temperature as it got really cold
- Food is very costly, tastes very average and quantity served is very less compared to price. Needs lot of improvement in terms of food.
