Vantagens 1. A proximidade de Busch Gardens (o serviço de transporte para o parque é uma grande vantagem). 2. Excelentes serviços ao empregado. Eles ouviram as nossas necessidades e foram muito simpáticos. 3. O nosso quarto era grande e espaçoso. 4. O hotel era muito limpo e bem conservado. 5. A piscina (interior e exterior) era muito grande e agradável. 6. O menu de café-da-manhã oferecido muitas opções. 7. Proximidade de vários restaurantes (McDonald's, Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, etc.)Sugestões 1. Três sugestões para o ônibus Busch Gardens: a. Ofereça uma carona para o Water Country (o hotel fica a apenas 8 minutos do parque aquático) b. Evite esquecer os passageiros do Busch Gardens (esperamos uma hora no estacionamento do Busch Gardens porque nosso ônibus nos esqueceu) c. Se possível, oferecer transporte gratuito para os hóspedes do hotel. 2. Renovar os banheiros (o nosso chuveiro estava correndo e não havia ventilador). 3. Durante a minha visita, todos os secadores estavam fora de serviço.Conclusão Eu realmente gostei da minha estadia de cinco noites no DoubleTree by Hilton Williamsburg. Sua proximidade ao Busch Gardens e Williamsburg, a qualidade do nosso quarto, o excelente serviço da equipe fez a nossa visita muito agradável.

Eu não posso dizer o suficiente sobre o espírito neste hotel. A equipe é de primeira qualidade, do check-in ao check-out e todos os demais. Jennifer até elaborou minha associação de recompensas para mim, saindo do seu caminho para encontrar minha conta e atualizar meus pontos. Amigável, alegre, complacente, cada membro da equipe se preocupa genuinamente com a experiência do hóspede. Nós participamos do evento de caridade, Scares that Care e tem que ser o lugar mais animado que eu vendi! O hotel realmente foi acima e além. Você sabe que vai ser bom receber um biscoito quentinho no check-in! O que??!!!!

I enjoyed the night staff at the front desk and at the bar area. They were extremely pleasant and accommodating. We all enjoyed the outdoor/indoor pool & mini arcade area. The long Island iced teas at the bar were perfect as well as the wings. My feelings were hurt when they ran out the next night. I do wish the rooms were a bit more modern though.

Processo de check in / check out muito limpo e ótimo, tudo no app. A cama era muito confortável também! Travesseiros de plumas eram muito macios. A equipe foi muito doce, incluindo limpeza e recepção. Obrigado por uma ótima estadia!

A equipe foi incrível, o quarto estava impecável, a temperatura no quarto era perfeita. A piscina era linda. O ginásio explodiu minha mente. Eles têm muitos equipamentos e usam exatamente a mesma marca de uma grande rede de academia. Me salvou de gás tentando encontrar o local mais próximo da minha academia normal. Minha filha amava o fliperama. Tudo em torno de uma experiência incrível.

Fizemos check-in em 16/04/21. Na verdade, vivemos na área (cerca de 1 hora de distância), mas tínhamos ido a algumas visitas à faculdade e decidimos transformar o tempo em uma escapadela de família de última hora. Nós realmente precisávamos do descanso e fuga. Foi a nossa maneira de desligar. Ao entrar na sala havia uma mancha vermelha de tamanho perceptível no chão e outra na mesa de cabeceira. Depois de algum tempo na sala, você podia sentir o cheiro do tapete. Devido a alergias, minha sobrinha e eu espirramos muito. O banheiro tinha 1 novo papel e 1/4 de rolo de tecido. No entanto, o banheiro era muito limpo e eu amei a idéia do adesivo azul na porta da frente e controle remoto para sugerir que o quarto tinha sido limpo e higienizado. Fiquei realmente preocupado com o fato de que as camas supostamente Queen solicitadas eram tão desconfortáveis. Meu marido e eu jogamos e viramos a noite toda. Também ambos os travesseiros eram macios em vez de um macio e uma empresa. O restaurante do hotel foi incrível & o serviço foi ainda melhor.

We checked in on 4/16/21. We actually live in the area(about 1 hour away) but we had been to a few college visits & decided to turn the time into a last minute family getaway. We really needed the rest & getaway. It was our way of unplugging. Upon entering the room there was a noticeable size red stain on the floor and another one by the nightstand. After time in the room you could smell the carpet. Due to allergies my niece & I sneezed alot. The bathroom had 1 new role & 1/4 roll of tissue. However, the bathroom was really clean & I loved the idea of the blue sticker on the front door & remote to suggest the room had been cleaned and sanitized. I was really troubled that the supposedly Queen beds requested were oh so uncomfortable. My husband and I tossed & turned all night. Also both pillows were soft instead of one soft & one firm. The in house restaurant was awesome & the service was even better.

The staff were amazing, the room was spotless, the temperature in the room was perfect. The pool was beautiful. The gym blew my mind. They have plenty of equipment and use the exact same brand as a large gym chain. Saved me gas trying to find the nearest location of my normal gym. My daughter loved the arcade. All around amazing experience.

Very clean and great check in/ check out process, all on the app. The bed was very comfy, too! Down pillows were very soft. The staff was very sweet, including housekeeping and front desk. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I did not see signage of any kind for local eating establishments ....but the hotel should work on a relationship with local restaurants and post signs in the guest room of those restaurants who partner with them who will deliver food...for those late evenings or mornings when nothing is open in the hotel. otherwise a great place to stay near Colonial Williamsburg for great pricing.

Advantages 1. The proximity to Busch Gardens (the shuttle to the park is a big plus). 2. Excellent employee services. They listened to our needs and were very friendly. 3. Our room was large and spacious. 4. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. 5. The pool (indoor and outdoor) was very large and nice. 6. The breakfast menu offered a lot of choices. 7. Proximity to several restaurants (McDonald's, Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, etc.)Suggestions 1. Three suggestions for the Busch Gardens Shuttle: a. Offer a ride to Water Country (the hotel is only 8 minutes from the water park) b. Avoid forgetting passengers at Busch Gardens (we waited 1 hour at the Busch Gardens's parking because our shuttle forgot us) c. If possible, offer free shuttle to hotel guests. 2. Renovate the bathrooms (our shower was running and there was no fan). 3. During my visit, all the dryers were out of service.Conclusion I really enjoyed my five night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Williamsburg. Its proximity to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg, the quality of our room, the excellent service from the staff made our visit very pleasant.

I can't say enough about the spirit at this hotel. The staff is top notch, from check in to check out and everyone in between. Jennifer even worked out my rewards membership for me, going out of her way to take the time to find my account and update my points. Friendly, cheerful, accommodating, every staff member genuinely cares about your guest experience. We attended the charity event, Scares that Care and it has to be the most warm spirited place I've vended! The hotel really went above and beyond. You know it's going to be good when you get a warm cookie at check in! What??!!!!
