ROACH MOTEL !!! Cuidado !!!No momento do check-in, o atendente não estava com máscara. Ele estava atrás de uma barreira de plástico, então deixei passar.Cheguei ao quarto com meu marido e 3 filhos e era muito sujo. Estávamos exaustos de dirigir 13 horas, era tarde, e realmente ainda ansiosos para ver um pouco de Gatlinburg na manhã seguinte, então deixei passar - só planejávamos realmente dormir e depois sair. Peguei um dos trapos e limpei todo o chão, balcões, etc. e dei por encerrada. (A foto de pano será anexada) A varanda compartilhada também tinha uma maçaneta que parecia ter sido arrombada, mas empurrei a cadeira na frente dela.Levantei uma hora depois de ir para a cama e vi uma barata rastejando pelo chão do banheiro. Fez as malas e saiu imediatamente.Outra pessoa da recepção, que felizmente estava mascarada, declarou que precisaria falar com o gerente para obter o reembolso. Ele me ligou de volta minutos depois de deixar o hotel, informando que teve a cobrança reembolsada e que entendia, lamentava e esperava que a gerência começasse a levar esse problema a sério. Ele é provavelmente a única coisa que vale algum peso neste lugar - ele realmente deveria considerar encontrar um emprego diferente onde pudesse ter orgulho do estabelecimento que está representando.NÃO arrisque! Sujo, imundo ... mas ... você tem uma vista do rio! (Ha!) Nota séria, porém ... eles não estão seguindo nenhum protocolo de limpeza COVID, posso garantir isso. TAMBÉM, as fotos que você vê aqui da propriedade não são reais ou são AF antigas.

Empacó y salió de inmediato.Una persona diferente de la recepción, que afortunadamente estaba enmascarada, dijo que tendría que hablar con el gerente para obtener un reembolso. Me llamó a los pocos minutos de salir del hotel y me dijo que le reembolsaron el cargo y que entendió, que lo lamentaba y que esperaba que la gerencia comenzara a tomar este problema en serio. Probablemente sea lo único que valga la pena en este lugar; realmente debería considerar la posibilidad de encontrar un trabajo diferente en el que pueda estar orgulloso del establecimiento que representa.¡NO se arriesgue! ROACH MOTEL!!! Beware!!! Upon check-in, the attendant didn’t have a mask on. He was behind a plastic barrier, so I let it slide. Got to the room with my husband and 3 kids and it was pretty dirty. We were exhausted from driving 13 hours, it was late, and really still looking forward to seeing some of Gatlinburg the next morning, so I let it slide- we only really planned on sleeping and then heading out. I took one of the rags and wiped down the whole floor, counters etc and called it a day. (The rag photo will be attached) The shared balcony also had a door handle that looked like it had been broken into, but I shoved the chair in front of it. Got up an hour after getting into bed to a roach crawling across the bathroom floor. Packed up and headed out immediately. Different front desk person, who was masked thankfully, stated he would need to speak to manager for refund. He called me back within minutes of leaving the hotel stating that he got the charge refunded and that he understood, was sorry and was hoping himself that management would start taking this problem seriously. He’s probably the only thing worth any weight at this place- he should really consider finding a different job where he could have pride in the establishment he’s representing. DONT risk it! Dirty, filthy...but...you do get a view of the river! (Ha!) Serious note though...they aren’t abiding by any COVID cleaning protocols, I can guarantee you that. ALSO, the photos you see here of the property aren’t real or are old AF.

Hotel médio e limpo. Nice staff. Nosso quarto original cheirava a fumaça de cigarro e eles nos permitiram mudar de quarto. Um pequeno riacho correu fora de nossa varanda que era muito bom.

Hotel normal y limpio. Buen personal. Nuestra habitación original olía a humo de cigarrillo y nos permitieron cambiar de habitación. Un pequeño arroyo corría fuera de nuestro balcón, lo cual era muy agradable.

Average, clean hotel. Nice staff. Our original room smelled like cigarette smoke and they allowed us to change rooms. A little creek ran outside our balcony which was very nice.

Room is not clean. With a mold smell. Definitely not a 3- star hotel. Staff is friendly.

This is our 2nd stay. Staff is always friendly. Great price and good location. Love that its simple and has what we need. Will be back next year for sure.

A equipe foi amigável, os quartos eram limpos e confortáveis. A localização do centro foi excelente (a uma curta caminhada da maioria dos lugares). Varanda era bom, exceto as teias de aranha. Alugamos uma suíte, então o quarto era espaçoso, exceto para a banheira / chuveiro (muito estreito). No geral, recomendaria.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Location to downtown was great (within walking distance to most places). Balcony was nice, except the spider webs. Rented a suite so room was spacious except for the tub/shower (very narrow). Overall, would recommend.

Needs a little work. Some areas were freshly painted. Very good price for the location. If you want luxury not your place. If you want good value it works. We woukd stay again. Front office staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable place to stay. Rooms are large for the price range. Pool is kinda small but clean. Beds are very firm. Water pressure is great. They still have a breakfast but it consist of granola bars and a banana. Hotel staff seemed friendly and hospitable. Short walk from the main strip. Main complaint is parking. But would stay here again.

Amazing. We actually had a room at a different hotel and had to leave because it didn't appear as advertised. So we came to this Best Western last minute. The guy working the front desk (who said he was new) was so amazing and polite. He had such a great attitude and did an incredible job getting us hooked up. I was also amazed that they offered grab and go breakfasts (due to COVID they couldn't do a normal breakfast) because the previous hotel didn't offer anything at all. The other best part about this hotel is everything is within walking distance! We got to do SO MANY attractions and shopping without having to pay for parking. Also, the river view and sounds are really nice. Highly recommend!

This place is disgusting! Slum hotel lords. Beds squeaking and uncomfortable. Sheets were stained and yellow. Bed frame did not fit the bed at all. Floors didn't appear to have been mopped. Bathroom...

No one ever in office, sign to go to hotel down the street for help, walls are very thin, could hear everyone around us, A/C didn't work, shower pressure is minimal, faucet leaked. Room was very...

Place was rundown , dirty and needed repairs. We could hear our neighbors clearly. Clerk did not care about me reporting any problems. The bathroom was so dirty. Towel rack broken. No blow dryer...
