“Check in time is 3pm. Waited in the lobby until 7pm before check in was available. Was given a $15 credit at the bar and told it would be 30 minutes. Over two hours later I finally got a room. This hotel is very nice and fancy. I did receive a discount on my room due to the wait which is appreciated but, the situation was not acceptable for an establishment as nice as this.”
