“Had a pleasurable stay all the 3 nights. The best part is that its located right opp. to the popular Copacabana beach. This hotel provides a clear view of the beach. Hotel staff are quite friendly and overall 5 stars.”

“Definitely not a 4 star hotel!
Rooms are extremely outdated. The tv was from 2005, reception was horrible. Barely watchable. The bed was like an old spring mattress, very uncomfortable. Bathroom also outdated with terrible shower. The rooftop is nothing like the pictures. Small pool, old furniture, loud and terrible music. Just really disappointing if you’re expecting a 4 star experience.
On a positive note, the staff was really friendly and helpful and we canceled our reservation.”
