Apesar do estado de emergência e toque de recolher que presenciamos em Santiago, a equipe do hotel se empenhou em minimizar os impactos aos hóspedes em seus serviços e mantendo-nos informados da situação na cidade. O restaurante ofereceu alimentação de boa qualidade no jantar. Recomendo a hospedagem.”

“Ótimo hotel, mas localização não é das melhores - um pouco afastado do centro e longe do aeroporto. Tem um excelente shopping perto (Parque Arauco). 18 andar com academia simples porem completa, piscina aquecida e briquedoteca / espaço kids. Bela vista. Café da manhã excelente. No check in Joacquin me disse q ia ganhar um vinho pelo meu aniversário, mas no check out não havia nada... :(”
