“Second time here- this time, accidentally! Our original resort in Cancun was on fire 😅 so we were unable to stay there. We knew we enjoyed our stay at Princess last time, so we booked rooms there and got a taxi over. Let me just say it was even BETTER than I remembered! We got a Family Club Suite, as it was one of the only rooms available, and it had us wishing we had brought our kiddo! The bathrooms in these rooms and all the amenities are unbeatable. We’ve been to Mexico 8 or 9 times, probably 6 or 7 resorts, and Princess is by far our favorite!
ALSO- fastest And most efficient covid testing offered on site that we’ve ever had. Not the cheapest, but they make it super easy.”

“Staff was amazing but please be patient as they are under staffed and those that are working are working hard. Food was a little bland but lots of variety and lots of fresh fruit. Very clean grounds & rooms. Beach is amazing and cleaned every morning of seaweed. Entertainment everywhere for all ages or get a swim up room for more privacy. Tip when being served, they don't make much and I find when you tip you get greater service. It doesn't cost a thing to Be Kind and Respectful of the country your in!”
